Project Description

Conduct a Gap Analysis workshop with Real Time Operations (RTO) stakeholders to determine the scope of upcoming work and document this. Produce an RTO Philosophy, Scope of Work and Detail Design Specification for Typical projects that can be used by consultants and contractors. Produce a Well Test System User Requirements Specification (URS) and a Well Test System FDS. Collect all existing documentation and create a document contents structure and obtain an understanding of existing systems from the lead engineers to establish latest use.
